Hertfordshire Building Control (HBC) can provide Ultraroof and Livinroof installers with Building Regulation Applications at a competitive rate of only £279.
Available for replacement conservatory roof and conservatory refurbishment projects, this offer is available exclusively to Ultraroof and Livinroof installers through the HBC's LABC National Partnership scheme and it allows HBC to check and approve applications for work anywhere in England and Wales.

JHAI
JHAI are one of the largest approved inspectors providing a consistent and pragmatic alternative to using your local authority for building control and have inspectors operating out of regional offices in England and Wales.
We have created a framework agreement with JHAI for Livinroof and Ultraroof to demonstrate Building Regulation compliance. This allows refurbishment of an existing conservatory and new build projects to be completed to Building Regulations compliance standard without challenge or justification anywhere in England and Wales.
Through this agreement, fees for replacement roof projects are only £220+VAT and new build projects £580+VAT.
